Dr. Dov Almog
Dr. Almog is the Chief of the Dental Service at the VA New Jersey Health Care System.
Dr. Almog is a prosthodontist representing over 30 years of diversified professional experience in the clinical, academic & research environments. His publications include articles on Carotid Artery Calcifications; Dental Implants; Cone Beam CT; & Practice Management; to-name-a-few.

Dr. Walter Chitwood
Dr. Walter Chitwood, one of only a handful of board certified implant dentists in Tennessee, is both a skilled dental practitioner and an educator to patients and fellow dentists. He has held teaching positions at several outstanding dental programs, including Vanderbilt School of Medicine, Tennessee State University, and the Misch Implant Institute.
Since his graduation from the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry in 1982, Dr. Chitwood has directed his full energies toward developing an implant dentistry practice and to promoting the field of implant dentistry. Dr. Lou Chmura
Dr. Chmura completed his DDS (1985), then his MS (1987) in orthodontics, both at the University of Michigan. Dr. Chmura has been in the private practice of orthodontics since 1987, and in Marshall, Michigan since 1991. Dr. Chmura is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists (since 1984) and a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics. Dr. Chmura is also a member of the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine and the first orthodontic fellow of the Academy of Laser Dentistry. He participates in over 100 hours of continuing education each year.
Dr. Chmura has a special interest in incorporating new technology (TADs, Lasers, Cone Beam CT, Suresmile) into a busy orthodontic practice and the interrelationships between these new tools. In particular, he is interested in how each of these disciplines impacts the others.
Dr. Chmura has been actively using a soft tissue laser since 2005 and has earned Standard Proficiency is the first orthodontist to complete Advanced Proficiency in Diodes through the Academy of Laser Dentistry. He wrote a textbook chapter on the "Use of a Soft Tissue Laser in Orthodontics” and an article on laser frenectomies, both due out in June, 2010. Dr. Chmura has presented nationally on the Use of Soft Tissue Lasers in Orthodontics and has held several in-office, hands-on courses in Marshall. Dr. Brad Edgren
Dr. Bradford Newhall Edgren was awarded his D.D.S. (valedictorian), M.S., and Certificate in Orthodontics from University of Iowa College of Dentistry. He lectures on both Cone-Beam Technology and The Importance of Cephalometric Analysis. Dr. Edgren is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics, and has presented to numerous organizations including the AAO and the Rocky Mountain Society of Orthodontists. His articles have been published in both the AJODO and American Journal of Dentistry, and he is an active member of the AAO, ADA, and CDA. Dr. Terry Sellke
Born in Chicago in 1947, Dr. Terry A. Sellke is a native Illinoisian. His fervor for "Illinois" extends to his academic background, having enrolled in the University of Illinois Undergraduate and Dental School. He graduated from dental school in 1971. Two years later, he had achieved a Specialty Degree in Orthodontics. In 1974 he received a Master's Degree in orthodontics (the same year that he opened the first office of what was to become Drs. Sellke and Reily, Ltd.). |

Dr. John Graham
Dr. John Graham received his Bachelor of Science degree from Brigham Young University. He received his dental degree from Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas, TX, and then received his medical degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School. After medical school, Dr. Graham completed an internship in general surgery at Parkland Memorial Hospital followed by training in oral and maxillofacial surgery. Following his surgical training, Dr. Graham received his certificate in orthodontics from the University of Rochester/Eastman Dental Center in Rochester, New York. |

Dr. Hunt earned his BA and DDS degrees from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He maintains a private practice in Durham, N.C. with an emphasis on Implant dentistry.For the past 7 years Dr. Hunt and his staff have organized annual dental mission trips to Haiti and Central America through the East Chapel Hill Rotary Club. Dr. Michael Skinner
Dr. Michael Skinner is a Diplomate of the American Board Periodontology with 25 years of experience. Dr. Skinner has extensive experience with guided implant surgery using Nobel's “Teeth in an Hour” , and “All on Four” procedures. Besides the obvious utility of having a CAT scan in office for convenience of these procedures Dr. Skinner will discuss how 3-D imaging has become an integral part of case presentations, solving diagnostic quandaries and illustrating clinical realities far beyond radiographic imaging. |

Mr. Art Curley
Mr. Curley is a senior trial attorney in the San Francisco based health care defense firm of Bradley, Curley, Asiano, Barrabee & Gale, P.C.. After graduating from UC Berkeley with honors in 1970, he obtained his JD in 1974 from the University of California, Hastings School of Law in San Francisco and is currently an Assistant Professor of Dental Jurisprudence at the Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry in San Francisco. As a trial attorney he has been defending doctors for over 30 years and has given risk management courses throughout the United States. He is an associate of the American Board of Trial Advocates. Mr. Curley has published several articles on risk management and authored chapters in text books: Babbush (Implants), Peterson (Oral Surgery), Cohen (Endodontics) and Block (Implants). |

Dr. Kenneth Abromovitch
Dr. Abramovitch is an Associate Professor and Head of the Oral Radiology Section in the Department of Diagnostic Sciences at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston Dental Branch. He is a Diplomat of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology and a Diplomat of the American Board of Oral Medicine. He received his D.D.S. from McGill University in Montreal, Canada and his M.S. in Oral Diagnostic Sciences – Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. Dr. Abramovitch is currently the Director-elect of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology. He is a Past-President of the American Academy of Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology and a Past-President of the Southwestern Society of Oral Medicine. |
He is a member of the Editorial Advisory Board of the Journal of the Greater Houston Dental Society. He was a contributing editor for the same journal from 1989 – 2006. He also maintains a referral practice in oral radiology and oral medicine in Houston. Dr. Abramovitch has been performing patient evaluations with cone beam technology for the last three years. His research interests are concentrated on the effectiveness of diagnostic yields for dental radiographic imaging. He is recently coauthored a textbook chapter The Legalities of Cone Beam Imaging in A Textbook of Three-Dimensional Imaging in Orthodontics and Oral Maxillofacial Surgery . Dr. John Flucke
Dr. John Flucke was born and raised in Kansas City. He received his DDS degree from the University of Missouri - Kansas City in 1987. He has practiced in Lee’s Summit since 1989 and was pleased to open his new state of the art facility in 2007. Dr. Flucke’s passion is technology and he is always looking for the latest development to benefit his patients. Shortly after graduating from dental school, Dr. Flucke became fascinated with the emerging field of technology in health care. He began incorporating digital technologies and saw the benefits in treatment and education his patients received. Energized by his experiences, Dr. Flucke began writing articles on all aspects of technology for a dental newsletter. This, in turn, evolved into clinical testing for dental manufacturers and lecturing at major dental meetings. Now, several years later, he is well respected for his knowledge and achievements in the industry. Dr. Flucke is the Technology Editor of Dental Products Report magazine. Dr. Steven Guttenberg
Dr. Guttenberg is an oral and maxillofacial surgeon, practicing the full scope of his specialty in Washington, DC where he is Director of the Washington Institute for Mouth, Face and Jaw Surgery. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and a Fellow of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and of the American College of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, of which he is currently the Immediate Past-President. Dr. Guttenberg is a member of the teaching staff at the Washington Hospital Center and is the chairman of its Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Residency Training and Education Committee. He is a frequent lecturer throughout the United States and abroad as well. Dr. David Hatcher
David C. Hatcher, D.D.S., M.Sc., M.R.C.D.(c) received his D.D.S. degree from the University of Washington in 1973. Subsequently he completed two years active duty in the U.S. Public Health Service and a one year general practice residency program at the University of Vermont Medical Center. Following three years as an instructor and one year as acting director of the general practice residency and the hospital dental clinical at the University of Washington, Dr. Hatcher entered the graduate program in radiology at the University of Toronto and was granted a specialty degree in Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology in 1982 and an M.Sc. in 1983. His thesis topic dealt with radiology of mandibular dysfunction. Dr. Hatcher was an Associate Professor and Chairman of the Division of Radiology for five years at the University of Alberta, Canada. He was also Director of the Temporomandibular Joint Investigation Unit and Clinic while at the University of Alberta. Presently Dr. Hatcher is in private practice in Sacramento, California and has faculty appointments at both the University of Southern Nevada and the University of Pacific Dental Schools. He has published many articles and lectured extensively to medial and dental organizations in the United States and Canada. |

Dr. Jack T. Krauser
Dr. Jack T Krauser, DMD started his dental career at the University of Pennsylvania, Dental school. He then went on to become a practitioner in the Periodontics department at Boston University. After a short stay in private practice in NY, he started his own practice in Boca Raton, Florida, where he practices today. He has lectured nationally and internationally on subjects including implant design and surfaces, extraction socket therapy, ridge augmentation and regeneration as well as guided implant surgery. He is involved as an editor of several implant related journals, he has published over 20 journal articles and three text chapters. He will also be a co-author of a new implant text scheduled for release in 2009. He belongs to many dental and implant organizations and is presently the Secretary of the ICOI, the worlds largest implant organization. |

Dr. Ed Lin
Dr. Ed Lin is a full-time practicing orthodontist and is one of four partners at Orthodontic Specialists of Green Bay (OSGB), a private group practice in Green Bay, WI. OSGB is a completely digital practice and they have made the transition into the 3-D world in orthodontics. Dr. James Mah
Dr. James Mah is an Associate Clinical Professor at the University of Southern California and the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. At USC he is the Director of Redmond Imaging Center and the Director of the Craniofacial Virtual Reality Laboratory. Dr. Mah obtained his Bachelor of Science, Doctorate of Dental Surgery, Master of Science degrees and his Certificate of Specialization in Orthodontics from the University of Alberta, Canada. Following he graduated from Harvard Medical School with a Doctorate of Medical Science degree and completed a Post-Doctoral Fellowship in the Department of Orthopaedics at Children’s Hospital, Boston. His current research has been focused on creating virtual 3-dimensional craniofacial patients upon which diagnosis, treatment planning and simulations can be performed. |

Dr. Aaron Molen
Dr. Molen completed his orthodontic residency at UCLA where he concurrently earned a MS in Oral Biology. He is an internationally recognized expert on CBCT having lectured in China and Costa Rica. Dr. Molen has also given multiple lectures at the prestigious annual session of the American Association of Orthodontists (AAO). In addition, he sits on the PCSO Board of Directors and is the Chair the CBCT Subcommittee of the AAO’s Committee on Orthodontic Information Technology. Dr. Molen also serves as a peer reviewer on the subject of technology for the AJODO and JCO. Additionally, he maintains a website on the subject of CBCT, www.3DOrthodontist.com, and travels bi-monthly to UCLA to teach the residents about CBCT. Dr. Terry Myers
Dr. Terry Myers completed his residency in advanced general dentistry and served as an instructor in the Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency Program and director of the faculty practice at the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Dentistry. He is a fellow in the Academy of General Dentistry, and a member of the Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry as well as the Dental Sleep Disorder Society. Dr. Myers is on the board of directors at Research Belton Foundation and is a participating provider for the dental care program to improve children’s den tal care. Dr. Lynn Pierri
Dr. Pierri completed her medical degree at University Health Sciences of Antigua in the West Indies and received her DDS from the State University of New York (SUNY) at Stony Brook. Prior to her graduate studies, she received an MS in Microbiology from C.W. Post University in New York as well as training as a General Dental Laboratory Technician at the New York School of Mechanical Dentistry. Dr. Pierri’s post-graduate work included a fellowship in oral and maxillofacial surgery at the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh in Scotland followed by a residency in oral and maxillofacial surgery at Bellevue Hospital Center, New York University.

Dr. Rick Rawson
Dr. Rawson is a board certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon with advanced training and extensive experience in the field of dental implants and bone augmentation. Ms. Cindy Rothenberg
Cindy attended CUNYBC, NYCTC for Dental Hygiene as well as post graduate training in Marketing. Lectures topics include staff development and motivation, practice management, dental implants, as well as related technology and marketing. Dr. Rik A. Vanooteghem
Rik A. Vanooteghem, DDS, MS has been practicing periodontics since 1986 in Sunnyvale, California. His career has been highlighted by his commitment to his patients and continuing education.
Dr. Vanooteghem earned his dental degree from the Catholic University of Leuven’s Dental School in Leuven, Belgium in 1981. After immigrating to the United States of America from Belgium in 1984, he received his Master of Science Degree in Periodontics from Loma Linda University. He then returned to Belgium to earn a diploma in Surgical Placement of Bränemark Dental Implants in 1985.

Dr. Vanooteghem’s commitment to education is evident by his involvement in both teaching and learning. He has been a full-time and part-time assistant professor at the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry. Dr. Vanooteghem is also founder and director of the Silicon Valley Study Group, a group of dentists dedicated to elevating the standard of care in their communties.
Dr. Vanooteghem lives in San Jose with his wife, Kathy, and two teenage daughters, Tessa and Tara. Dr. Vanooteghem enjoys an invigorating game of tennis or a heart pounding bike ride. He as been a private pilot since he was 16 and enjoys every opportunity to take to the sky’s.

Dr. David Way
Dr. Way is in private practice of orthodontics in Ft. Collins, CO. He integrated the i-CAT CBCT technology into his initial examinations in November of 2005. Dr. Ralan Wong
He graduated with honors from the University of the Pacific College in 1989 and the School of Dentistry in 1992 where he was awarded Dean's List and inducted into Tao Kappa Omega Honor Society. He subsequently received a certificate in Advanced Education in General Dentistry in 1993 also from the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry.
He completed his graduate training in endodontics at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in 1997. While at the University of Pennsylvania, Dr. Wong received his certificate in endodontics, his masters degree in oral biology and the Louis I. Grossman award for outstanding clinical and academic performance.

Scott D. Ganz, DMD
Dr. Scott D. Ganz graduated from the University of Medicine and Dentistry – New Jersey Dental School. He completed a three-year specialty program in Maxillofacial Prosthetics at M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas. Dr. Ganz is well- published in various scientific and professional journals (over 50 articles). He has delivered presentations both nationally and internationally on the Prosthetic and Surgical phases of Implant Dentistry and is considered a leader in the field of Computer Utilization for Diagnostic, Graphical, and Treatment Planning Applications in Dentistry. Dr. Ganz has been a featured speaker worldwide for numerous organizations including the Academy of Osseointegration, American Academy of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, The American Academy of Maxillofacial Prosthetics, The International Congress of Oral Implantologists, The American College of Prosthodontists, The American Academy of Implant Dentistry, The European Academy of Osseointegration, and The American Society of Osseointegration. |
